Three world-class AI engines. One private layer.
YourAI connects to the best AI models available through encrypted cloud connections. Your data is never used to train any model, and every request is routed through our private infrastructure. You get the intelligence of frontier AI with none of the exposure.

Zero training guarantee. Your documents, prompts, and outputs are never shared with or used by any AI provider. This is contractually guaranteed with every model vendor.

OpenAI (GPT-4o, o1)
Best for fast drafting, document extraction, structured outputs, and general-purpose analysis. The workhorse for everyday tasks like summarizing contracts, writing memos, and extracting key terms.
Anthropic (Claude Sonnet & Opus)
Best for long-form analysis, nuanced reasoning, and compliance review. Excels at reading lengthy documents, understanding context across hundreds of pages, and providing carefully reasoned outputs.
Google (Gemini 1.5 Pro & Flash)
Best for multi-modal analysis (documents with images, charts, and tables), large context windows, and speed-sensitive tasks. Ideal for processing complex files that mix text and visuals.

Smart Model Routing

YourAI automatically selects the best model for each task based on complexity, document length, and output type. You can also choose manually if you prefer.

Encrypted in Transit

Every request to every model is encrypted end-to-end. Your data travels through our private cloud proxy and is never stored by any AI provider.

Built on AWS. Encrypted everywhere.
YourAI runs entirely on Amazon Web Services — the same infrastructure trusted by hospitals, banks, and government agencies. Every layer is encrypted, isolated, and auditable. No data ever touches an unmanaged server.

Why AWS only? By building exclusively on AWS, we maintain a single compliance surface. Every component has an active Business Associate Agreement (BAA), so your data is covered end-to-end — not just in some layers.

Encrypted Database

Your data lives in Amazon Aurora with AES-256 encryption. Each organization gets its own encryption key, so your data is mathematically separated from every other customer.

Secure Document Vault

Documents are stored in Amazon S3 with per-organization encryption keys managed by AWS KMS (FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified). Files are versioned and backed up automatically.

Identity & Access

Authentication runs through Amazon Cognito with multi-factor authentication enforced for all users. Supports single sign-on (SSO) for organizations on Team and Enterprise plans.

Global Edge Network

CloudFront CDN delivers the application worldwide with AWS WAF protection against common attacks. DDoS protection is included automatically via AWS Shield.

Cryptographic Erasure

When you delete your account, your encryption keys are destroyed in AWS KMS. Without the keys, your data is mathematically unrecoverable — true deletion, not just a flag in a database.

Auto-Scaling

The platform scales automatically based on demand. Whether you have 3 users or 300, performance stays consistent without any action on your part.

Security that satisfies auditors, not just marketing pages.
YourAI was designed from day one for regulated industries. Every security control exists because a compliance framework requires it — not because it sounds good on a slide deck.

VADA compliance partnership active. Our formal compliance partner oversees SOC 2 audit support, HIPAA governance, policy management, and regulatory change tracking. This isn’t self-attested — it’s independently verified.

SOC 2 Type II

Independent audit of our security controls covering data handling, access management, and operational procedures. Evidence collected continuously through Vanta + AWS Security Hub.

HIPAA Aligned

Access controls, audit controls, integrity controls, and transmission security — all aligned with HIPAA § 164.312. Business Associate Agreements available on Team and Enterprise plans.

AES-256 Encryption

Every document, message, and piece of data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Each organization gets its own AWS KMS key — your data is cryptographically isolated.

Immutable Audit Logs

Every action is recorded in an append-only log. No one — not even an admin — can edit or delete audit entries. Who accessed what, when, and why is always traceable.

Zero Data Retention

Your prompts and documents are processed and discarded by every AI provider. Nothing is stored, nothing is used for training. This is contractually guaranteed with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

Row-Level Security

Access control is enforced at the database layer, not just the application. Even if there were a software bug, one organization’s data could never leak to another. Client data is further isolated within each organization.

Your documents become your AI’s expertise.
Knowledge Packs are curated collections of documents that give the AI deep context about your domain. Instead of getting generic answers, you get responses grounded in your actual standards, precedents, and institutional knowledge.

The longer you use it, the smarter it gets. Every document you upload, every correction you make, and every workflow you run feeds back into the system. Your AI compounds institutional knowledge over time — making it more valuable and harder to replicate.

Pre-Built Knowledge Packs

Start with curated packs for your industry — legal precedents, healthcare regulations, financial compliance standards, building codes, and more. Ready to use from day one.

Custom Knowledge Packs

Upload your own documents to create private knowledge collections. Your firm’s playbooks, past work, templates, and internal standards become the AI’s reference library.

Document Vault

Upload PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, images, and more. Every file is automatically indexed, searchable, and available for AI analysis. OCR handles scanned documents automatically.

Intelligent Search

Find information by meaning, not just keywords. Ask a question in plain language and the system finds the most relevant passages across all your documents and knowledge packs.

Don’t see what you need?

Request a custom Knowledge Pack and our team will build it for your industry. If it serves 100+ users in your vertical, we’ll add it to the shared library.

Finished work product. Not raw AI output.
Everything the AI generates is packaged as a polished, professional document — formatted in your firm’s style, reviewed before delivery, and traceable back to source material. Your clients see finished reports, never a chatbot conversation.

Your clients never see the AI. Reports and deliverables are presented under your firm’s branding. Clients receive polished documents through their secure portal — they see your expertise, powered by your private AI.

Risk Assessments

Structured risk analysis reports that compare documents against your standards and flag non-standard provisions with plain-language explanations. Export as PDF or Word.

Client Memos & Briefs

AI-drafted memos, briefing documents, and summaries formatted in your firm’s templates. Review, edit, and deliver through the client portal or export directly.

Compliance Reports

Gap analyses, audit preparation documents, and regulatory compliance summaries. Every finding is tied to a specific source document for full traceability.

Financial Analyses

Investment memos, due diligence summaries, and financial review reports. Data extracted from your documents and organized into decision-ready formats.

Full Traceability

Every report traces back to the source documents, knowledge packs, and workflow configuration that produced it. You always know where an answer came from.

Export Anywhere

Download any deliverable as PDF, Word, or Markdown. Share through the secure client portal, email, or your existing document management system.

Run a full risk assessment on the Meridian Capital NDA we received yesterday. Compare it against our standard playbook and flag anything non-standard.

YourAI 9:14 AM · 4.2s

I've completed the risk analysis on Meridian Capital NDA (v2, March 2026). I compared all 23 clauses against your firm's standard NDA playbook and flagged 3 non-standard provisions.

Good. Now pull precedents from our case library on 36-month non-competes in NY and draft a 1-page risk memo for Sarah.

YourAI 9:17 AM · 6.8s

Done. I found 4 relevant precedents from your case library and drafted the risk memo in your firm's template. Here's the status:

Hi Ryan, the board is requesting an updated version of the diligence summary we discussed last week. They specifically want to see the non-compete clause analysis and the revised risk assessment.

Can you also include the precedent research Sarah mentioned? We need this by end of day Thursday for the board meeting on Friday.

Sarah — can you pull the updated precedent research from the case library? I'll handle the risk assessment revision. Let's aim to have the full package ready by Wednesday EOD so Janet can review before the board meeting.

On it. The precedent research is mostly done from our earlier work — I just need to add the two new cases from last week. Will have it to you by tomorrow morning.
